there used to be a blog at kniterati.org. i killed it – or rather, i seriously injured it, accidentally, and decided maybe it was time to let it die. so here i am, starting over, on 7/11. this one is very much a work in progress, so bear with me. and while i get my bearings here, take a look at one of my favorite places in the world, the balcony at the Uptown, the old-fashioned movie theater in my neighborhood.
